“OUr passion is West Coast BBQ.”

Chefs Jen and Bryan Illingworth studied at Western Culinary Institute. They have spent the last 14 years catering and developing their BBQ concept. While their background is french cuisine their passion is West Coast BBQ.

“We utilize the ingredients that are grown in our region. Fresh herbs and spices that make up our rubs. Local veggies for stocks, sauces salads and slaws. When available we use Free range, hormone free meats.
The first step in our smoking process is finding never sprayed/ seasoned hard woods. We smoke our meats in a wood fire pit and optimize our open flame grill to impart more flavor. Our sauce recipe has been handed down generations then modernized for the taste buds of today.
We have a reputation for delicious food and personal attention to details. Curbbq is the place for all your catering needs or daily BBQ fix. As always, customers can count on ample Buffets for Company Picnics, Luncheons or Holiday Extravaganzas. Backyard Barbecues to Elegant Weddings are all planned in perfect detail. You will find everything from traditional Barbecue Pulled Pork and Smoked Chicken to our popular Brisket Grilled Cheese and BBQ Nachos "OUR" way. Give us a call or visit us at local events.
